Just Answer starting charging my card $15 a month for a subscription in which I didn't sign up for. I called at the beginning to put a stop they said they will call me within 24-48 no call was ever returned. This is my third month and exactly on the 4th $15 is being withdrawn. I am to call on Monday to speak to the billing department. When I call they have no record of me just my card on file, they do not have my email address or any names on the account in which they can give me to confirm my subscription.
