I gave Sears $300 for a Playstation 3, they took my money, waited 3 weeks, then told me it was out of stock, then I had to wait another 5 days for credit. This is called fraud. They took my money, I recieved no product, no interest, and only a pat on the back and the phrase "Good Luck". This is unacceptable business practice. If Sears can not stand behind the vendors they use, then shame on them. I was willing to purchase another system, but they could not guarantee the system would be available. I told the lady who helped me if they paid for the rush shipping, and guarantee I'd recieve the system in a few days, I'd purchase again, but alas, no. This is unfair business practices, and the stealing of good hard earned money, if for a short time, is not acceptable in this day and age. This is fraud, it's a scam. They take peoples money, to clear payroll, wait 3 weeks, then pay back the money when they get more suckers to put up thier money. Sears had such a great name back in the day, now they are merely a shell of themselves struggling to in world they no nothing about.
