Infinity is a credit card processing company. I am a small business that went with them so I could accept credit cards.
I have had the credit card machine for 3 months and just did my first transaction on the 25th of Feb. I sold a car for $8850.00 and the womans credit card was approved. She left with the car and paper work. Everyone was happy so we thought.
Infinity decided to flag the transaction and called me to fax over a copy of the receipt which I did. They also wanted her phone number and address to verify that this transaction was hers. Again I gave them that. Now they tell me to call her and have her call them to help speed up the process, again I did this. She called them from work and they would not accept that because it was not her home phone number. They said she would have to go home and call them which she did. Now everything is verified. Remember this is not her credit card company who already approved the transaction, it is the company we have the machine through.
This all took place on the 27th of Feb. We have been calling this company to find out why after the verification they will not released my money. So on Feb. 28th they lied and said they released it but it will take 24-48 hours to get into my account. Now March 2 I call them again and they said they just released the money today it was an oversight on their part.
Now I read the contract a little better and they claim to be with Wells Fargo Bank, so I called Wells Fargo Bank to see where my money is... Guess what. They are not with Wells Fargo and neither am I.
I have asked for a meeting with someone in the company they will not give it to me. They won't give me my money and my car is gone. So what do I do now???
