We had At&t UVERSE for Internet, TV, and Phone. A door-to-door salesman came and offered TWCable for all 3 services to switch with a $200 giftcard. So I switched for the giftcard and lower prices. Turned out to be horrible cable higher price scam and gift card scam. I followed the terms and conditions to a "T". They have since changed their terms and conditions so I cannot copy and paste the original to you. But, they were as follows:
1. Mail or Email copy of last bill from UVERSE as proof of change within first 30 days of installation.
Our install date was 3/1 and I emailed them on 3/11.
I never received a confirmation so I emailed a 2nd time on 4/14 so make sure that they received. They NEVER responded.
2. Pay 1st 3 bills ontime.
We did.
3. Do not downgrade service or cancel. You can upgrade service. We upgraded a few times.
4. On 6/1 we would be eligible for card and it would be processed and we should receive it within 6-8 weeks.

I contacted them 23 times from 3/19 - 7/28 asking if they received my info on the gift cards. I was told everything from they should have sent you a confirmation, they are a separate department and me don't have their phone#, they aren't responding to our emails on your account (after 6-10) when they always respond in 24-48hrs)
