In 2008 i purchase a air condition unit for my house.in August it stopped working. I contacted Air Engineers where i purchase the unit and who installed it. They came out an replace the blower motor charging me $275.00.in July of this year it stopped working again i call Air Engineers who said it was the transponder. I call Payne about the problems and the warranty. They said that i was covered if the parts was a manufactored part. I called another air condition contractor that was recommened by Payne. The contractor said that the blower motor was not a manufactored part or the right part and was the cause of the problems. I called The Payne company who said that they will not honor the warranty because the part is not a manufactored part which i had no knowledge of. I think they should honor their warranty the unit is only 3yrs old
