I recently had an Air Conditioner installed through American Home Shield. The technician they sent was the guy who owns Tri City Service compan, Cibolo, Tx. The guy was rude and would not give me the information I needed to make a good decision.
He told me for $370.00 he could get American Home Shield to purchase a Carrier indoor A/C unit.instead I find he installed a Payne A/C unit. The guy never once informed me that it was a Payne. Then AHS tells me it's made by Carrier. I don't think so!!! I researched Payne web site and there is no mention of Carrier. I researched Carrier and there is not reference to Payne.
Then to top it off, the duct work was not completed. The closet is 40 degrees and the rest of the house, well don't ask! And, he installed a pipe that blocks the filter, so that I can't even put in a filter. What can I do?
