Price on menu listed varied from the amount we were charged. Owner said fine print says prices can be changed without notice. I explained that if the price is posted, it must be honored. Owner polite, but unwilling to alter price. The potato salad was listed at $1.75 but we were charged $2.19. We chose not to take the item. The fountain soda on menu the price was $1.25, but we were charged $1.79. The correct price was behind the counter, but not posted on the menu. I'm not so concerned about the minor monetary difference, but more that they were skirting the law. I do not think they were intentionally not following it. However, they refused to make an adjustment after being advised about it.
