I decided to have dessert after finishing my lunch. I wanted a smoothie. I looked around for Everything's Yogurt, but could not locate them. They apparently went out of business. I noticed a Hagaan Daaz.
I went over and tried to locate their menu. They apparently had no menu up. I saw a list of smoothies on the counter. There were no prices posted next to them. There were no prices for any of their products listed. I simply told the server that I wanted a Berry Berry smoothie, thinking that it wquld be no more than $4.29 (including tax) or something like that. I had my $5 bill ready in my hand. When she came back, she quoted the price I would have to pay.
I could not believe what she just said! $6.57 for a 20 oz smoothie!!!??? I asked her to repeat herself to make sure I heard her right. I then dug into my purse and scooped out 2 more dollars. I wish I had of known their prices! They didn't even have them listed anywhere! Had I known how much the smoothies cost, I would not have purchased from them. It certainly is a sure way to rip people off and get away with it!
I have never in my whole life ever known a smoothie to cost that much! I know that Haagan Daaz is a higher quality ice cream store, but still, 6.57 is a crazy price to pay for just a 20 oz smoothie!
