My fridge stopped cooling and I searched on-line for local repair. The "only" $29.99 service call was incentive enough to lose if I was told my fridge was too costly to repair. I called and Roy showed up. After trouble shooting my fridge's other components, Roy said all it needed was a new condenser fan motor for $185 plus tax and labor for a grand total of $306.00. I decided to fix rather than buy another.

The part had to be special ordered which took 3 days and then after it was installed it started making a loud rattling noise and the fridge did not ever get cold. It took countless calls to Ashley and several more days before Roy could come back and tell me sorry it will be too expensive to repair. He said he felt bad and might refund the labor. Calls to Ashley never get good answers and there is no manager to speak to. She likes to refer you to an e-mail for any disputes. Ashley was very unprofessional, vague in direct questions about guarantees, service, and management support. You are better off looking in the Pennysaver for refurbished appliance retailers or buying new. I lost $306.00 a freezer full of food and have little recourse.
