BE CAREFULL with this guy he acts like a professional lawyer, he will tell you that he run a credit report on someone that owes you money and he will ask you for the money for the court fee, after he gerts the money, you will never hear from him again,
i call him 200 tmies and i check in his website the address and I went to Florida to see him in person and the Address he has in his website its a Motel.
He is a total scam
don't trust him. You will loose your money
