He boasts that he is a christain, dont let this fool you. He is in no way a christian. That is part of his con that he uses to sucker you into believing he is on your side and will do what he has promissed you.
Raymond Nogera owes numerous past employees and installers thousands of dollars, he has made no attempt in paying.instead he cries a sob story and tells you he has no money. This is a lie, while telling people that he couldn't afford to pay them what he owes for money earned working for him, he went on vacation to Puerto Rico.
