Back in october Raymond Ohani, the owner of SOS MOTORS INC, took me to Bel air Public Aunctions to purchase two vehicles, one for me and the other for my fiancee. I bought 2 jeeps grand cherokee and payed him $8900 cash in full. He promised to give me the two titles within a week, but has not. I attempted to contact him several times to find out what was going on, but have not succeeded. I contacted the aunction to find out where my titles were and learned that Raymond they never received money from Raymond. According to the aunction, Raymond used his dealer credit account to buy the two vehicles and his creditor won't release the titles unless he pays them. I have the vehicles but can't register it because I don't have titles. I'm looking for anyone who can help me. I have met three other gentlemen who have the same problems, have vehicles but lack titles even though the also payed raymond in full. I already sent a complaint to the Department of Consumer Protection and Regulatory Affairs. Something needs to be done immediately, otherwise a lot of people will fall victims. Raymond is more than three months behind on his mortgage payment and using customers money to pay for his mortgage otherwise his house will soon be foreclosed.
