He sends you over an invoice that states your buying a product with books that come with the account but when you pay he changes the classification to a service so when you file a claim with paypal you weren't covered. The agent tells you your covered with buyers protection when your not. I informed paypal of this crime and they refused to do anything about it. Paypal is harboring a criminal and it totally disturbs me that paypal would harbor a criminal. Our country goes to war with people who harbor criminals and Palpal protects them.
