Ebay held my wife's Ebay and Paypal accounts hostage until she paid off a negative balance account my son had with Paypal. My wife has had an Ebay account since 2010 with 100% positive feedback. When Paypal found that my son and my wife logged on from the same IP address, they locked her Paypal and Ebay accounts.
