On 7/11 I agreed to buy a new 2011 Subaru Impreza including an XM radio that was not installed on the car I saw in the showroom. The radio was included in a sheet of paper showing the breakdown of the price that the salesman showed us. Unfortunately I did request or get a copy of this sheet. When I went to pay and pick up the car on 7/13, I looked at the final price, and it looked OK, actually a few dollars less. I requested to see the sheet I had been shown earlier, and compared the final price to what I had been shown earlier. I missed the fact that while the final price looked the same the XM radio was not on the final bill of sale. When I drove the car out the salesman told me that I would get a call in the next few days to bring the car in to have the radio installed, and that I would be given a loaner car. When two weeks had passed I contacted the salesman and asked him the status of the radio. He said he would check to see what was causing the delay. Today (7/29) I then got a call from his superior, the person who was present when I signed the final bill of sale, who said that the reason the XM radio had not been ordered was because it was not on the bill of sale.
