They kept sending me phones that did not work, and then billed my account for the replacements. While I was waiting more than 3 months for return mailing labels before i was instructed to go to Fedex to send them back. Meanwhile they are charing me interest late fees and taxes based on my total bill. After arrangement was made I attemped to make a payment to Verizon and was told that it would not go towards my agreements. A week later they shut off my service. When I explained to them that I can make the payment and that I had tried to a week before I was cut off. The arrangement was $580.99 Verizon then demanded that I give them $908.00 to restore services. Even after I explained that I tried to make a payment that they would not receive.
