I am trying to get some one to help me with this high phone bill that I got from Verizon that has to do with a Jet-Pack which when I got it they did not tell me that I was going to be charge a lot of money and when I got my phone bill it was really high. I should have known that it would cause problem so I went to the Verizon Store on to ensure that we straighten it out before another day went by. I have been living in a nightmare since then I am being overcharged and then they shut the service off so I had no service on all the phones and no one from verizon will listen to me and then the store manager told me we all learn from our mistake there is nothing professional about being ignored then I made payment plane with them and now they say they can't do that and it is on papper so now what should I do and they call 2/11 about this and I made arrangement with them on 1/19 now they are saying it is not going to work if you can help me lat me know thank you so much.
