Ok, my first bad internet ordering experience... I ordered 3 canvas's from these guys & received someone elses order 2 weeks later! They state that orders ship within 48 hours. I also requested them to rush my order. The canvas the send was wasn't even close to the size or pictures I uploaded. They also send everything rolled up in a box no padding. You have to own a staple gun & know how to assembly all the pieces. I even tried calling them for several days & the phone just rings & rings, no answering machine. Also they do not respond to emails! They charged me $2.00 more than what the invoice came to on the checkout. My bank statement tells me that a German company made the charge www.MEINBILD.DE KOELN that is not even their name! I've made many attempts to contact them & there is no reply, I am going to issue a charge-back through my bank. This is a horrible company & the worst customer service ever!
