Waou lots of unhappy customers, I disagree!!! I ordered 8 times. Always received what I ordered.
My orders were late 2 times only a few days, but thats ok as was happy to have paid such a low price.
One time it was late and received a $15 credit and an email of apologize from the CEO. Very nice I thought. He told me they had a new warehouse since January and from what I can see all my new orders since January are getting to me super fast!!! Happy mom:)
