I have ordered from Totsy twice and received an item about one week late.

To me it is not a problem to wait as long as I make great deals with their discounted prices and as long as they are honest about the shipping time.
Seems like they had some problems early on but my latest orders were on time.
Totsy is a very good website to save money and make great deals!
