Orders not received from January

I have ordered two lots of DVD from the abovementioned company and do not know where they are located in the USA.

The first order was the complete series of Hart to Hart, the second one was the complete set of Judging Amy and Beauty and the Beast.

I have ordered these in January and paid for them by credit card. I have not received any e-mails telling me when I am to receive them by shipping mail.

I have requested this several times, and am getting a little worried as to if I have lost my money, or that I will ever receive my orders.

The e-mails that I send to the above address are being sent back saying not received at this address?

What can I do now? I do so want to receive the DVD sets as I have ordered them for my ill daughter, who has been ill since November last year, and I cannot afford to pay for these orders again.

Could you possibly help me out here?
