Signed up looking for grants to go back to school. The next day I found a free site for back to school grants and applied. This site advises you get instant access when you pay for the shipping of the disc. Was unaware that you had to cancel web access within 7 days, I canceled when I received the disc, which is normally how it works. I canceled and did NOT receive a cancellation notice and never used the product. Called customer service and they are unable to provide me with my cancellation date through my online ticket. I know it did not take more than 7 days to get the disk and if it did they held product for the purpose of charging people. No apologies nothing from this company. Horrible!
