Signed up looking for grants to go back to school. Never used product and canceled when I received the disc. I found what I was looking for for free the next day. When I called they stated that I received an email confirming cancellation on the 19th but never got any email. I asked when I sent in my cancellation notice and they had no record of that, I am sure I cancelled within the time frame! They obviously hold on to the disc and ship it knowing that most people don't cancel without the whole product. No apologies nothing. Horrible!!!
