On 6-17 credit crd was charged $4.95 for shipping of "free" sample. On 7-20 packet was received. On 7-21 packet was returned unopened (have USPS receipt). On 7-2, credit card was charged for $84.90. On 7-17, credit card was charged $89.95.
Report to VISA for fraudulent use of card will be lodged.
