I have called for over 3 weeks continuously to get my bill straightened out with CVS Caremark. The cost of my prescriptions should roll over to NYS Epic for cost as I am a senior on Medicare. I ordered prescriptions in March, EPIC is unable to credit my deductible or supplement the cost as CVS Caremark has been negligent in following instructions from EPIC. EPIC sent a memo to all drug companies they are affliated with in March to alter their computers so EPIC would cover the prescriptions. For 3 weeks, many many phone calls all I get is they are working on it. EPIC tells me al they need to do is call them, they will walk CVS Caremark through the computer system so I can pay accordingly for my prescriptions. Last month, I had to pick and choose which scripts I absolutely needed due to the high cost and co-pay. EPIC tells me that with the past order, I met my deductible and in fact owed money. When I call the agent and/or supervisor tells me they are working on it. Why after 3 weeks has no one from CVS Caremark called EPIC to take care of the problem and why has CVS Caremark not corrected the problem when EPIC sent a memo to druggists. It is time for me to order new medications since I couldn't order all of them the last time. I will now pay again a lot of money because CVS Caremark HAS YET to correct the problem. I do not understand why CVS Caremark is so negligent to have not corrected this problem in a timely manner. I still do not have my deductible applied with EPIC, nor has there been the return of a substantial amount of money I am owed.
