After disconnecting my home phone service march I was told a 15.95 monthly fee was necessary to retain my e-mail address. Disconnect#d682350. On june I was told by an AT&T supervisor the e-mail address was free but they could only refund up to 3 months of payments. I had mailed a payment 2 days before I talked to AT&T. I was told I would receive 47.85. I got a statement with a credit for 31.90. No check. I spent over 7 hours on the phone trying to resolve this speaking to over 30 AT&T reps. I was told that I was disconnected on june 3 and service? Was contracted to june 2.
