Individule contacts you says he is bank manager and has propasition for release of funds in your name. He has ways to have you made living relative or deceaceds account with no living relatives. That no one will be hurt by this because the account has been dormant for 10 years. That after 10 years the money will be absorbed by state as unclaimed and bank has no right to keep it. He has everything all documents/court papers for this all you do is submit them. Then follow his directions on what to do next. I went on line and found no good informstion on Capitec Treasury Finance, the lawyer THEY have repreasent you.in one link they have almost the exact scam with the same named bank and almost exact word they used to explain there plan. Go to forum 419eater.com to see this and others. I did sent them money nowing it was a scam to secure the bank they use to transfer funds and they issued a reciept as recieved. I hope all this info I saved will help shut them down. I will probly never see the money I sent, but if it helps stop them from continueing and prevents losses to others. It becomes an investment not a loss. After I informed them what I found out they said I was the one who was guilty of fruad and I provided them with fasle info. That they are legitamet operations and were coming after me! The banker has emailed me, he was coming to find me and (quote): turn me into a vegitable so I can talk. I have filed a report with the FBI`s IC3 form and have not heard from them. Also emailed the South African embassy and told them the same story. They are out of South Africa. Not sure whats next, alittle conserned thought I was doing something good.By baiting them to get information, now being threated with violence and posable as they say prosicution. Any help or info will be greatfully accepted.
