I recently went into Sears for a battery from my lawnmower. There were 2 salespersons standing and talking, when i approached them, I asked for help getting a battery. They just looked at me and said we need a number. I had the old battery with me but they refused to look at it or even try to help me. They treated me as if I was dumb for coming into their store. How hard is it to find a 12 volt 3 amp battery? It seemed they just wanted to continue their conversation and not help anyone. Where is Sears customer service?
