After I obtained the whole purchase minus one-piece (in mid-Feb), the install company for that chimney tube wouldn't deploy. He explained there have been incorrect items/components. I delivered back 2/3 purchase and today I'm likely to be billed a restocking charge. Since I have got the tips of Hearthside, a restocking charge isn't legitimate.
I called Duratech organization plus they stated Hearthside wasn't a supplier for them. Consequently, there's no guarantee.
Duratech stated that Hearthside must have educated me, there is no guarantee before they approved my purchase. The key reason for purchasing this tube was the 15-year guarantee. I want a complete refund. That is around. $3900 purchase that's been billed to my charge card. After scanning this website, I'm really worried that I might not get a return. Mr Tinsley show that the organization is trustworthy and return the $3892.58
