Ordered a Heat-n-Glo 3 sided fireplace from Hearthside last year for the house I am building in the New Mexico mountains. Hearthside was the only website of the many I visited that listed complete info about all the parts and pieces I would need to complete my chimney system. Their excellent website info and a great sale price made me go with them.
They had to get much of what I needed from Heat-n-Glo so there was a couple of week delay before my order was shipped, but their customer service called & let me know the expected ship date.
All arrived in excellent condition & I am very happy with my purchase and with the service I recieved from Hearthside Distributors.
