I applied for a loan at Cash Point in Claymont Delaware for 500 dollars. I started paying back my loan as agreed in the contract, at my own pace. I was going to be late making a payment, so I made a courtesy call and informed them of the late payment, and gave them a new date. Immediately After soon I made the call, thats' when the threatening letters and phone calls came about repossessing my vehicle. I immediately called them about the constant harrassing phone calls mainly, and spoke to the manager, by the name of Eugene. He seemed genuinely concerned and ready and available to offer his personal assistance. However, requesting to meet with a woman off the clock, at a dislosed location with a certain amount of money to me is suspicous. Make a long story short. Cash Point contacted a guy by the name of Dave. Dave is, I assume the owner or Manger at Norton's Towing Service located in Germantown, Pa. I was told by Eugene, of Cash Point to contact Dave, and make an arrangement with him to pay the fees, and get my truck back. Meanwhile Eugene of Cashpoint is still trying to negotiated different meeting times with me to get money, and negotiate with Dave to release my vehicle to me. Of course, that never happened. I was made various promised via phone about Eugene that he would help me get my vehicle back. As a result, my SUV was taken from me, and I was scammed into believing that I would get my vehicle back, s well as my personal belongings. Dave of Norton's Towing, stole items of value from me, and sent someone to give me back what he wanted me to have.
