I have had this since Sept. 2009. It has spend more time at the repair shop than at home. I picked it up yesterday afternoon. This was the third time there. From the second and third time there, it had only elapsed one month difference. The repair parts dept. Has spend more in parts than the actual value of this vacuum not counting the employees salary.
Also the time I have spend taking it and Picking it up I should be reimbursed for my time. Time is money. Besides I should receive a replacement, a new vacuum. I am glad I bought the extended warranty it not I really would have been ripped off!
