I called them from a coupon book, I wanted my ducts cleaned for $59.00. He comes to the house and insists that my ducts be sanitized, He says i have lots of mold. He says it is a three year treatment and they come out every 6 months and only use organic products. Tells me sanitizing with UV light is $890, then he goes on and says I should have a service contract with his company for all the applicances for another $249.89 and is for 5 years. Sounds good, so i agree, and then he says I need a filter that does not need t be replaced for 5 years at a cost of $128.00. What he actually did: place one vacum in one of the duct vents. He runs that for few mintues. I asked you are not going to do that to all the vents in the house, he says no, putting it on one vent will clean up the rest of the house. Than he goes in the ac unit and than outside unit. He tells me tha I should not turn on the AC unit and need to wait 3 hours. Additionally, i asked him why ar the vents all black and gungy, he syad that will never come off and it will take several treaments to get it clean. Three hours later, I turn on AC and on hot air is blowing, one year old unit is broken and vents don't look any cleaner.—Total Rip off. Now i am fihgting with the company. Willhire new cleaning company, I wish I reserched them before even calling and find out they ripped others off as well, they should be put out of service.
