I have a hand written contract by their coworker name Steve to deep clean out 15 vents and some holes that needed tapes on the insulation in the vents. Josh came to do the job on 1-21-13 and cleaned out only 6 vents when he did opened 10 vents upstairs. The rest they put back the cover on the vents. My 12 yr old was in the room. They did not deep clean the last 4 vents that they opened up and because the big vacumm was taken down by Josh to do further cleaning.in the middle of the process Josh sat down to write me a receipt and wanted the money now. He then went out with the vacumm and I reminded hime of more vents that was not done yet. He knew because he ask me what did Steve quote me on this job I said 15 vents and some patch work tapes on the insulation. He was shock. He left after he got the money in his hand stating that he worked hard on the upstair vents so that the bottom vents wont need to be worked on. I said Oh Yeah, But my contract is for 15 vents and you only did a few (6). He said that it will be OK. I called the company 0n 1-23 to tell them of the problem and the lady said she will get somebody to finish the jobl. I was happy but nothing happened except talks and disappointing agreements made by them promissing to make me happy and a satisfied customer. I waited for them to com out 3 times and no one came out not even a call so I called them back again Lisa Lopez even agreed to pay me back $39.95 for the first day that Steve came out to give me an estimate but no cleaning was done to my vent. Steve did use a laser pointing machine that had an lcd screen showing me view of the ugly dirty vent that I have. I was scare for my lungs and health so I hired them to come back to help me clean my vents soon. Steve lied and told me he did clean my vent but I remember no machine was not plug into my house that sounded like a vacumm I told this to Lisa Lopez. On their 1-800-242-4926 they were suppose to clean out the main vents and give the customers an estimate. This is when Lisa agreed to refund 39.95 and that she'll tell them to send the check to. I waited This company kept giving me the runs around promissing me for a REDO and a refund of 39.95. Lisa and I had at least 5-6 conversations and each time a few weeks has gone by and now it is march. This compnay just gave me the run around. I been rip off by them. I still confieded with Lisa that I still like to have my $39.95 back because Steve did not do any cleaning all he did was a sale job: and 9 vents that has not been deep clean money divided out equalling $234.81. This company lies to the customers and does not know how to do their deep vent cleaning because they messed up my rooms badly. They will not use their heavy duty vacum untill a customer ask them if they own a vacumm machine, then they will drag it up to use on some vents not all the vents in your house and that will leave all the dirts and d ust flying aroung your house for days. This is what had truelly happened to me and my home with my kids in the house. Don't be rip off and get the rung around like me. I'm fair, I only want to pay on how many vents that was deep cleaned out by Josh.
