I saw the GTXpress on TV, and ad for a small kitchen appliance - sandwich maker/cooker (and does lots of other stuff). Really handy, and the infocomercial stated buy one get one free. So I called on the phone to order the buy-one, get one-free offer. I check my bank account on line and he bill is $136.00, where the total should have been $69.80. (That is one problem.) So I called the next day to only get the buy-one, get one-free offer and get a refund of $136.00 - which they said would be processed in 10 business days. I still have not recieved the refund, so essentially I have paid the GAIAM company $39.90 (for 1 machine and the free one) $29.90 for shipping $136.00 (the original order/canceled) = $275.60
Second problem - the buy-one, get one-free is not exactly what I got in the mail. I got 1 complete kit - which included a sandwich machine, 2 small insert pans and a spatula, and the second one was just a sandwich machine - nothing extra, no little insert pans or a spatula.
I called the company and they said the infocomercial did not state that both macines would com complete and that I can purchase extra insert pans online.
My complaint - bait and switch and no refund.
