I arrived at Dominos drive-thru and ordered a Italian Sub and chips. Ron Klein (manager) told me that it would be 14-20 min before it would be ready. I left and returned 20 min later. The clerk came to the window and I told her that I was there to pu my order. She asked for my name. I replied that the guy didnt ask me for my name. I told her it was the older guy that took my order. She left the window and when she returned she advised me that Ron forgot to enter the order in the computer and they would get me a sandwich done in about 6 min and Ron had said to give me free sandwich coupon for my next visit. I asked why not give me my sandwich free then. She yelled at Ron that I wanted my sandwich free tonight and he said NO. First of all, why did I have to wait to get a free sandwich on next visit? It was THAT visit that was the problem and a free sandwich for my trouble and extra wait would have been very appropriate and the RIGHT THING TO DO. I have worked for a service industry company for 30 yrs and we would never treat a customer in that manner. There are pizza stores on nearly every corner and considering the economy and the competition for customers these days, I think Dominos could do themselves a favor and update their policies for taking care of customers. ITs called taking care of today so there IS A TOMORROW. You guys could be out of business before I can even visit you again, so how bout doing the right thing for the CUSTOMER TODAY.De
