Like others I gave my card # to sign up only, so I could see the items for sale. I realized the items were mostly junk, and most have no manufactures name or model#. Then came the emails saying they charged me, I filed suit with my bank after several automated emails. They have no management to answer your emails or calls, and will refuse any refunds. File your case with your bank and take them to small claims if necessary.
Do not believe paid positive feedback you see, it is a total scam.
Products are mostly junk and the few that are good will never be sent. They say sorry it is out of stock, back ordered, etc... And refund the bids even though you won... Scam!
Each penny bid is. 60 cents which adds up quick... Very deceptive.
You could buy it cheaper in many cases elsewhere.
At best this company is based on deception at its core, do not fall for it. They have even stole facebook photos for positive feedback posts=scam! Search well before signing up... BEWARE.
I will take it to litigation if necessary, and am still waiting on my banks investigation to be finished (so far no reply from BidRack).
I have emails and proof to back up what I have posted.
