We received notice from our bank fraud dept advising us of this charge on our Visa debit card originating from MedChelp - no idea who this firm was... We immediately cancelled our debit card and filed a fraud claim with our bank.interesting note: we received a call yesterday (616 613-2057) making reference to "our recent Visa transaction" advising I had won $120.00 in gas and they wanted to verify if we were still living in Winterhaven, Ca - not our regular address! Suspicious, I asked who was calling and they hung up. I called this number back and was advised by voicemail that "my order would be delivered as ordered"... What a scam! We are travelling full time in an RV and were only at Winterhaven for a short time back in May and the only 2 things we ordered were from 2 companies on the web - acaioptimum.com and/or ColoPureClnz - asking for delivery to that temporary address. This indicates a connection between those companies and the company that called yesterday, and we believe there could be a connection with WebChelp as well.
