Eceived item, it made me ill. Asked for and received an RMA number to return item for refund and received one. Sent product back with third party comfirmation, ie. Usps return receipt. Credit was to issued within 5 days. Repeated phone calls to 800 number result in listening to the same song twice before line is disconnected. E-mails are not answered. Help would be appreciated.
