Purchased a Stainless Steel Whirlpool refrigerator from Best Buy 1 year ago and now the fridge is rusting! Whirlpool customer service rep, Amanda Hall (supervisor) claims that this is not a Whirlpool issue, and instead is a cosmetic issue. Cosmetic issues are only valid 30 days post-purchase. Then they tried to blame it on my cleaner - which I have used on four other Whirlpool Stainless Steel appliances in the kitchen and they have seem no rust like at all. I spent close to $2,000 on this fridge - not happy... All I was asking for was a fair trade for a refrigerator that wouldn't rust. I cannot believe that such a reputable company has chosen to offer poor customer service!
