Our subscription ended after 2 years and a salesperson called asking if we wished to renew it. My wife and i both said no. We thought that was the end of the issue but they charged us for a automatic renewal because they say we failed to call their customer service department to stop automatic renewal. We only found this out when a collection agency contacted us to report that the $34.99 amount was delinquent and their phone call was an attempt to collect.
