I placed an order for a laptop on Nov 25th through bestbuy.com. It has been put on back-order.
So far, I have tried different avenues but none of the Best Buy employees have shown wilingness to help me.
I tried contacting the store and they asked me to contact the helpdesk.
I called the customer service helpdesk and after several attempts and wasting precious 4 hours I could get to someone.
The person on the phone could not provide any information and asked me to contact the store again.
Then I decided to contact the email address on BestBuy website. No response has been received since last three days.
I also mailed the online communities. Someone contacted me finally after I ranted several bad things (unwillingly of course).
I responded to the email, but again - No response from BestBuy representative.
Could you help me by connecting me with anyone who is responsible and could help me in finding a possible replacement or expediting my order?
I am leaving the US end of this month and that is why I am in such a hurry.
