I order a product, they sent me an e-mail saying that my credit card transaction will appear on your statement as 'Prime Life Nutriceuticals.' They charged the full amount to my credit card right away and I never received the product (it suppose to arrive 3-5 business days). I called the # they provided and they told me that they didn't know anything about it, they gave me a fax # to send all the information. It has being about 1 month and until now I never receive anything and still calling them trying to find out whats going on...: (
