I ordered a Natural Bra on 3/1/04 from them and my credit card was charged on 3/3/04.
I emailed them on 3/19/04 to ask where my product was, since it was taking so long, and they replied back saying that they couldn't find my order. I called them the same day and they said that I never placed an order with them, even though they had sent me an order confirmation on 3/1/04 and they had charged my credit card.
I continued to email them and call, with no resolution or help. Finally was able to speak with a supervisor, Rosa Lepe, on 3/22/04 and she said that she would credit my credit card for the full amount charged. I requested that she send me a receipt for this credit transaction and she finally sent me one on 4/1/04.
The receipt stated that my account would be credited on 3/23/04, but it would take 15 business days to show on my credit card.
After the 15th business day, still no credit. I contacted my credit card company, since they had been investigating this from the start, and they said the company had sent them a receipt saying that they shipped my item on 3/9/04, so the investigation was closed. Even though the company told me they had no record of my order.
I called the Invention Channel back the same day I found this out, and they told me that they never sent my credit card company anything.
Lies, lies, lies!!! And I still have no money, no product, and no satisfaction. I will be contacting Invention Channel again today, but chances are, nothing will be done.
