Purchased the Sonic Toothbrush from infomercial back in April of this year. Replacement brushes to be sent every 3 months. Didn't receive them so I called and ordered the whitening gel also.
I have been on their Web site several times now telling them I have not received anything yet. My credit card has been charged for 1 set.
I should have received 2 by now with the next set in January. We have had to purchase regular toothbrushes now. Have not been able to use our expensive one for quite awhile now.
My next step is writing a letter to the company. I want something done asap. I have tried to call them, but on hold forever.
