My 81 year old mother was contacted by phone by a Roy Johnson. She was told that she won $585,000.00, to collect the money she needed to give them her bank account # and routing # so they could deposit her winnings. Unfortunately she gave them the info, luckily I found out in time and put a hold on all of her accounts and then closed them. Now two weeks later they send her a letter and a check for $4,500.00 to help pay the taxes of $3,850.00. This company has no web site. The name of the bank on the check is real (PNC Bank Pittsburgh, PA) and also a public Library (Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh). I don't have any interest in this bank nor do I feel they have any thing to do with this scam. I will be calling them in the AM to inform them, if the bank officials have any pull maybe the can get the attention of law enforcement. Please if you have older parents, grandparents, relatives help look out for them they did for us, now it is our turn. God Bless
