I am a financial advisor and one of my 88 year old clients brought in this scam check for $4670 from Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh. The letter that came along with it from Coin Trust Financial Services said that he won a second prize of $450,000 all he needed to do was cash the check. Please don't fall victim to this scam.
