Merchandise Paid For - Never Received!

I ordered several magnetic pendants and paid in full for them back the end of Feb Mid March I sent an email asking about my order as the payment had taken from my account. I got an email form Susan stating:

Dear Valued Customer, We sincerely apologize for the delay in your order. There was a tragic incident within our family and unfortunmately we were unable to ship orders for some time. We are writing you to let you know that your order has been shipped.in your package we have included a discount coupon and also 2 bonus inserts for your troubles. Thank you again for your order and also for your understranding. Sincerely, Susan Magnamazing.com

To this day I have not received a thing and I have emailed them and have not received one response either. How can someone live with themselves to rip people off? If Susan exist I would hope she would do the right thing!
