TV ad uses language like "gift" and "trial offer" and "free mystery gift". They then sent me TWO of their gifts/trial offer creams. I called and cancelled my order thinking I would be charged for shipping only. Got my credit card bill and had been charged $69.95. Called and asked why, and was told that it wasn't free. OK, I paid the bill. Next month, get my credit card bill and another $69.95 charge is on the bill. I call again, and get a rude customer service rep who says I got two jars, so I was charged for two. "Didn't you read the invoice?" says this rude young man? I asked if I could return the unused second jar. I was told I had two weeks to return it, and it was now over six, so I could not return it and get a credit. I am waiting to find out if I am charged, yet again. I have filed a complaint with consumer protection agency in my state.
