My first time on Bid Rack they wanted to know some info. Phase one name and E-mail, phase two, address, and the credit card number info. I thought it was strange to ask this info., but then I thought it was just case I would win the bid they would have the info. The next day there was a $99.00 charge on my on line bank statement. After much searching I found their telephone number and called them. The informed me they had a no money back policy and couldn't give me back my money. They are a true scan company.
